Refund Policy

1. Your first payment: 14 days, no questions

Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment, monthly or yearly, and you get all of it back. No reason needed.

2. Renewals

• Yearly: forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund.
• Monthly: renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. We send a receipt with every renewal.
• We don't refund part of a period when you cancel mid-way, except where this page or the law says otherwise.

3. When something is our fault

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or Pro didn't work because of a problem on our side, we refund the affected payment in full, whenever you tell us.

4. How to ask

• Email hello@streaklo.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Dodo Payments receipt. Include the date of the payment if you can.
• We answer within 2 business days. Once approved, Dodo Payments sends the money back to the card or method you paid with; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• The refund is for the amount you paid, including tax. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are outside our control.

5. After a refund

We cancel the subscription so you're not charged again. Pro may stay on until the end of the period you'd paid for, then your account moves to Free, as described in the Terms. Your goals, notes and progress stay.

6. Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law; it never takes them away. Where the law where you live gives you more (for example, a cooling-off period), that applies.

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix things faster, and a chargeback may pause your account while it is reviewed.
