Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to use Streaklo.
• Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person. Accounts can't be sold or shared.

2. Free and Pro

Streaklo is free to use. The Free plan includes every goal type, streaks, XP, badges, friends and leaderboards, with room for 3 active goals and 1 challenge you host at a time.

Pro is a paid subscription ($4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, plus any tax) that adds more goals, more and bigger challenges, reminder emails and longer stats. The current list is on the Plan page in Settings.

We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes something away from Pro, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, works out and collects sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts and handles billing questions together with us. Its buyer terms, linked on the checkout page, also apply to your purchase.

• Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, Plan, Manage billing; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we'll keep Pro on for a short grace period while you update your card. After that your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your goals and notes

What you put into Streaklo (goals, logs, notes and so on) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, back it up and show it to you and to the friends you choose, as set in Settings, Privacy. You can download all of it or delete it any time.

5. Fair play

Please don't:

• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• cheat in challenges, for example with fake logs;
• break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits or security checks;
• use Streaklo for anything illegal.

Gems, XP, badges and prizes are for fun. They have no money value and can't be sold, exchanged or cashed out.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Unless the reason is fraud or abuse, we'll tell you why and, for Pro, refund the unused part of the period.

7. The service

We work hard to keep Streaklo running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or retire features over time.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost streaks, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change applies. If you keep using Streaklo after that, the new terms apply.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you. Write to us at hello@streaklo.com.
