Billing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up for free and stay on Free as long as you like. You only add a card if you choose Pro.
How do I upgrade?
Once you have an account, open Settings, then Plan, and pick monthly or yearly.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that nothing is deleted: your goals stay and you can keep logging them. You just can't add a new goal while you have 3 or more active.
Are streak freezes part of Pro?
No. Freezes work the same for everyone. We will never charge you to protect a streak.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment for a full refund, no reason needed. See the Refund Policy for renewals.
Who handles payments?
Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. They process your card and add local taxes where they apply.
